Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have to improve your wellness. Your breath, body, and mind are so connected, yet most of the time we walk around totally oblivious to the breath. By learning to breathe well, you’ll improve your circulation, open energy channels of the subtle body, awaken your brain, and calm your nervous system.
In this experiential workshop, you’ll tune into the breath and learn:
- Proper breathing technique
- Anatomy of the muscles that move the breath
- Physiology of the breath (what happens when you breathe)
- Pranayama exercises (yogic breathing patterns)
- How to breathe during asana
- Philosophy of the breath and subtle body
Come ready to breathe, move, and meditate! This workshop includes yoga asana, breathing techniques, discussion, and meditation. This is an IN PERSON workshop!
