Seasonal detoxing is a way you can reset your patterns and habits to go with the flow of Nature.
For 5 days this winter, Cheryl will guide you through an Ayurveda-Inspired vegan diet, lead meditation and morning practices, teach you a little bit about Ayurveda, and encourage you to enjoy a week of self-care.
In the Winter, we aim to reduce Kapha Dosha, that which is cold, damp, sticky, dense, and slow. We’ll do it with warming foods, energizing asana, Ayurvedic self-care practices, and breath and meditation practices to get your new year off to a great start.
For $108 you get all of the following:
From 8-8:45 am (ET) each morning we meet for Dinacharya (self-care), including Ayurvedic self-care rituals, pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
From 9-10 am each morning, we practice yoga asana.

Inclusion in a private Facebook Group for additional questions and discussion
If you can’t participate during the times the classes are offered, they are all recorded and are available for 30 days after the detox ends.
