Spring has sprung! Are you ready to shake off the heaviness of winter, and embrace the hope of spring?

Each year, Cheryl does a week long spring detox to help you feel lighter, more vibrant, and “green” up your diet.

Monday through Friday, 8-10 am ET.

You’ll start each day with a morning practice of Ayurvedic self care, pranayama, meditation, and yoga asana. You’ll receive a booklet with smoothie and juice recipes, and options for a raw vegan diet for 5 days. You’ll learn about Ayurveda and how to reduce Kapha Dosha in the spring time, so that you’ll experience less mucus, feel less stagnant (even during a pandemic!) and feel the vitality that fresh fruits and vegetables supply.
