When you have back pain, sometimes the last thing you want to do is exercise or do yoga. However, yoga can help relieve AND prevent back pain! In this workshop, you’ll learn which muscles might be responsible for your back aches, and how to stretch and strengthen them so you can take charge of your pain and enjoy more freedom in your body. This workshop will be a combination of lecture and movement (we won’t be doing yoga asana the whole time.) All levels of yoga experience are welcome, including beginners.
