When you have back pain, sometimes the last thing you want to do is exercise or do yoga.
However, yoga can help relieve AND prevent common low back pain! In this workshop, you’ll learn which muscles might be responsible for your back aches, and how to stretch and strengthen them so you can take charge of your pain and enjoy more freedom in your body.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome, including beginners. You must be able to stand and sit comfortably, and have the ability to get up and down from the floor.
(This workshop is not recommended if you are currently experiencing severe back pain.)
