Seated Meditation is an excellent technique to help reduce stress and anxiety, and create sacred space and time for yourself.
Join Cheryl this March for a facilitated group meditation for 21 Days to establish (or strengthen) your daily meditation practice. Each session begins with a few minutes of centering, noticing the breath, and then approximately 10-12 minutes of silent mantra repetition. We end with a mini-Savasana to help you transition into the rest of your day.
Meditation with a group helps you stay focused and accountable, as we show up to support each other each day. And if you miss a session, you can access the recording later.
