March 21 Day Inversion Challenge

Are you ready to take the challenge?

Get upside down every day for 21 days, and see how much stronger it helps you feel!

Inversions are beneficial for the body, mind, and heart. Physically, they help to build upper body strength and increase circulation. Mentally, they help you recognize that you are stronger and more capable than you might think. And, the fun of seeing the world upside down helps your heart open to a greater experience of joy.

This 21 day challenge is pre-recorded, so you can go at your own pace. Each day, you’ll get access to a new video class. The classes will be approximately 20-30 minutes each, to allow time for warm ups and inversion preps.

Prerequisite: To get the most out of this course, you should be able to hold a downward dog for approximately 1 minute, have no shoulder or wrist injuries, and have access to a piece of wall that is at least the width of the short side of your mat.

Contraindications for inversions include glaucoma, detached retina, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, pregnancy and active heavy menstrual flow.
