Hello, Psoas! This 90-minute workshop focuses on the psoas, a deep core muscle that is often ignored. When we sit too much, the psoas shortens and gets tight, which can contribute to pain in your hips and low back. In this class, you’ll explore poses to lengthen and stretch the psoas, as well as learn a “magic psoas reset” that you can do on your own with a yoga block.
