Back by popular demand! A live, in-person 7 week series to help you learn the basics of Ashaya Yoga so you can more easily integrate into ongoing classes with Cheryl.
This course is perfect if you’re stiff, tight, tired, new to yoga, or want to get back into your yoga practice. Come as you are, and learn what you’re capable of!

Classes meet from 5-6 pm on Tuesdays for 7 weeks beginning October 4.
