New! 45 minute beginners classes on Zoom help you learn the basics of Ashaya Yoga so you can more easily integrate into ongoing classes with Cheryl or Todd.
Classes meet the first full week of the month, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:15-9:00 am ET.
